AUTOMATIC NOTCHING MACHINE FOR ALUMINIUM and PVC

Automatic notcher AS-P-650 with hydro-pneumatic sawing unit feed and stationary profile support.

Standard Features:

• Two independently arranged sawing units enable rectangular cuts and various notches at the profile bar ends.
• Sturdy cast iron construction
• Both saw blades can be swivelled within the range of +/- 45º via a worm drive with a crank handle
• Setting of notching height is carried out via electronic digital angle indicator
• For three axis digital counter display for notching height and notching depth
• Tool carriers move on hardened and ground steel shafts with precision bearings
• Automatic feed
