INLINE 2-HEAD WELDING MACHINE

Two corners are welded in an angle of 90° in one working step.

• AKS 3950 with weld seam limitation of 2.0 to 0.2 mm (this can be adjusted during commissioning or at a later stage)
• A clearly arranged SPC control for easy and operator-friendly handling and accessibility to all components for easier to cleaning and maintenance.
• The AKS 3950 adapts easily to different profiles: all parameters (e.g. heating time, joining time, welding temperature, joining pressure and fusing pressure, etc.) of each single profile can be individually adjusted.
• Profiles up to a height of 200 mm can be welded.
• The automatic welding head positioning enables you to insert the profile. quickly and precisely.
• Includes one set of back stops and support arms with movable support plate.
