NOTCHING MACHINE FOR ALUMINIUM and PVC
The AS-450 is a well-proven machine in aluminium construction. Notching cuts are processed neatly and precisely.
Features:
- Sturdy cast iron construction.
- Two independently arranged sawing units enable rectangular cuts and various notches at the profile bar ends.
- The vertical saw blade can be tilted up to 45º via a worm drive with a crank handle and can be pivoted from 90º to 45º.
- The horizontal saw blade can be adjusted in height and depth via column guides.
- Tool carrier moves on hardened and ground steel shafts with precision bearings.
- Manual feed.
- Sliding table height and depth adjustable by hand wheels.
- Fixed material stop is adjustable.
- Horizontal saw unit adjustable in height and depth.
- Adjustable fixed stops for all axes.
Optional:
- Digital read-out for angles of both axes.
- Roller on stand for long profiles.
